Korean War Room

Colombia's participation in the Korean War began on November 1st, 1950 with the Frigate ARC Admiral Padilla, which was assigned to join the United States Seventh Fleet that gathered warships and vessels from 16 NATO members.

With patriotic pride, this room is dedicated in memory of those men who composed the Colombia Battalion and offered their lives in distant oriental lands of the Korean Peninsula. Photographs, uniforms, weapons, elements, and equipment used during their expedition in the Korean Peninsula are exhibited.
